FACILITIES
Room with a view
NSHRF is pleased to share its facilities with a wide array of groups and organizations conducting or involved in research. We have a boardroom that is available at no charge to health research related groups and for a small fee to other organizations. It comfortably seats 20-25 people.
Please note: Facilities are available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
The space may be of particular interest to:
- health charities
- research groups/teams
- hospitals, district health authorities and community health boards
- university members
- government departments
Available equipment
Our equipment includes:
- conference telephone
- LCD projector
- overhead projector
- flip charts
- wireless internet
Teleconferencing is also available but the cost will be charged to the group. As well, groups may have their meeting catered at their own cost.
Please note: The NSHRF is not able to provide computer technical support and cannot accept responsibility for any technical problems. We encourage anyone who wishes to use our LCD projector to arrange an appointment to test out the LCD and their laptop beforehand.
The boardroom is available to non-health research related groups for a fee of $200.00/day and $100.00/half day and includes access to an overhead projector for PowerPoint presentations. All bookings are handled through Marie Deveau at info@nshrf.ca or 902-424-4043.
