Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes. The Nova Scotia Health Research Foundation is a registered Canadian charity.

How will the money be used?

NSHRF supports health research throughout Nova Scotia. An overview of some of our programs is available at NSHRF Funding Programs. Your donation will help support these, and other, critical programs.

Can I make a pledge and set up a payment plan?

Pledge payments may be set up annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or on any schedule that best fits your situation. Payments may be made by cash, cheque, or money order. The address for further information or to send a donation is listed at the top of this page.

Can I meet with NSHRF to discuss my contribution?

We would be delighted to meet with you, your family or your colleagues as requested.

If I make a donation, what happens to the information I provide?

NSHRF will not share any of your personal information with anyone, and we adhere to all requirements of the Privacy Act. Of course, if you choose to become a sponsor, thousands and thousands of people will know about your generosity.

Thank you for your interest in building a vibrant health research community in Nova Scotia.
