Operating Grants
Operating Grants are designed to support the creation, dissemination and use of health-related knowledge, and to help develop and maintain Nova Scotia health research capacity, by supporting original, high quality health research projects proposed and conducted by individual researchers or groups of researchers and knowledge users. The following grants are available:
- Establishment Grants are intended to assist in building research capacity and to provide initial support for new health researchers in Nova Scotia over a 1-3 year period.
- Development/Innovative Grants are intended to provide funding for Nova Scotia health research initiatives that will strengthen a grant submission to a peer reviewed provincial, national or international health research competition.
2012-13 Research Programs’ Funding Opportunities - Operating Grants
We are pleased to the launch the 2012-13 Research Programs’ Funding Opportunities. The two grants that are currently available under this Program are: Establishment and Development/Innovative Grants
Applicants should read the 2012-13 NSHRF Research Programs’ Requirements Document in full, section before registering and submitting applications through the Electronic Grant Management System (EGMS). The registrations will be available within the EGMS on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 as of 9:00 AM (AST).
