Workshop Information

The workshop brought together representatives from academic research, clinical practice, community organizations, and government to explore ways to collaborate in order to pursue health research activities. The workshops had the following objectives:

  1. To gain a better understanding of the working environments for academic and clinical researchers, clinicians, community organizations and government.
  2. To explore facilitators and barriers to collaborative health research.
  3. To generate a list of recommendations that will support the production and use of collaborative health research in Nova Scotia.
