We are governed by the Health Research Foundation Act. (PDF Attachment) The Act received Royal Assent on December 3, 1998 and was proclaimed January 1, 2000. The Act outlines our objectives, powers, and duties.

Public Sector Compensation Disclosures Act

The Public Sector Compensation Disclosure Act requires the Foundation to disclose the amount of compensation paid to any employee earning in excess of $100,000 per year. NSHRF salary ranges are established through a comprehensive compensation review. Specific staff compensation levels within the salary range described are determined according to relevant qualifications and experience.

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018, the following employees received total compensation in excess of $100,000:
